Returns & Refunds:  

• We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
• Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

Important:  

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used sachets due to hygiene and safety reasons.
